Active substances and effects
Matcha contains caffeine, but thanks to the amino acid L-theanine, caffeine is released gradually - alertness without nervousness and without an “energy crash” after the effect wears off.
L-theanine supports alpha-waves in the brain - a feeling of calm concentration, often described as “relaxed energy”.
Matcha is rich in catechins (especially EGCG) – powerful antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative stress.
It has a high chlorophyll content, because the leaves grow in the shade – it helps neutralise free radicals and supports antioxidant processes.

Moya Matcha Traditional To go! Is a high-quality powdered green tea from Japan.
It is obtained from the 1st and 2nd harvests of tea bushes, which are specially shaded from direct sunlight.
Preparation
Add 1 pouch of Moya Matcha To go! to 150ml-200ml cold water (max. 80 °C), shake or stir and enjoy the drink.
