Effects
At the recommended dose this product has stimulating effects. If the recommended dose is exceeded, this product has sedative effects.
Use of this product may affect alertness, coordination of movement, coordination of speech, balance, sensory perception, perception of pain, sleep, mood and immune system function.
Long-term use of high doses may lead to dependence. This product should not be used daily; there should be a three-day break between uses. The long-term effects on human health are not sufficiently described, particularly for use other than oral use of the dried plant itself.
Instructions for use
Method of use: Orally. Measure out the contents and wash down with water, or mix into water and drink.
Recommended single dose: 1–3 g.
Recommended daily dose: 3–9 g.
Frequency of use: Do not use every day; a break of at least 3 days between uses is recommended.
Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep in a sealed container, out of reach of persons under 18.
Precautions: Do not smoke, inhale, or use transdermally or in any other way that breaks the skin or mucous membranes.

Warning

Do not drive or carry out such activities even after this period if you feel you are under the influence of this product.
This product is not intended for persons under 18. Do not use this product together with other psychoactive substances, alcohol, nicotine or medicines, nor during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you suffer from a mental illness or a physical illness involving impaired function of the kidneys, liver, heart or blood vessels.
There are suspected cases of kratom poisoning and subsequent death.
Use in accordance with the instructions for use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store out of reach of persons under 18.
