What is Shilajit?
Shilajit is a sticky and thick substance that resembles tar. Its colour ranges from black to black-brown and it is abundant in Gilgit Baltistan (Pakistan), the Altai Mountains, the Caucasus, Tibet and the Himalayas.
It is an Ayurvedic medicine and is very beneficial for health because, in addition to at least 85 minerals in ionic state, it also contains humic acids, triterpenes, etc.
Active substances and effects
Shilajit contains fulvic acids, amino acids, natural organic substances, minerals and trace elements - including iron, zinc, copper, selenium, magnesium.
It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, supports energy and vitality, regeneration, metabolism and overall body resistance.
Shilajit is known to support fertility in men.
How to use
For optimal results, it is recommended to take 0.2g daily.
It is recommended to dissolve the resin in hot water.
Side effects
Possible side effects may include allergic reaction, digestive problems, fatigue, changes in blood pressure.
It is not recommended to combine with blood thinners, antidiabetics, blood pressure medication
