What is mučenka pletní?

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) is a fast-growing climbing herb with purple flowers.

This plant originates from subtropical and tropical regions, primarily from North and South America.

Active substances and effects

Passionflower contains a combination of substances that primarily affect the central nervous system (flavonoids, alkaloids, glycosides)

It reduces anxiety, nervousness, helps with stress and psychological tension, suppresses heart palpitations of nervous origin.

Facilitates falling asleep, improves sleep quality.

How to use

1-2 tablets daily, ideally in the evening before sleep

Side effects

At higher doses, it may cause nausea, drowsiness, stomach pain.

It is not recommended to combine with alcohol or strong sedatives.
