What is draslík glukonát?

Potassium gluconate is a highly absorbable form of potassium.

Chemically, it is a salt of potassium and gluconic acid.

Active substances and effects

The main active ingredient is potassium, which has a physiological effect in the body

Potassium gluconate ensures the proper functioning of the heart, nervous system, muscles, digestive system, and maintains optimal blood pressure.

Higher potassium intake may reduce the risk of diseases such as high blood pressure and stroke, osteoporosis, kidney stones, and diabetes.

How to use

It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily.

Preferably taken during the day.

Side effects

At higher doses, it may cause stomach irritation, nausea, or diarrhoea.

Not recommended for use with blood pressure medication
